Kevin Carter selected to Bob Ross Classic All Star Game

Waynesville Spartan Baseball Player Kevin Carter has been selected as one of 40 Dayton baseball players to participate in the Bob Ross Classic (July 17th, 7:00PM). This is a game dedicated to Dayton incoming seniors that had great success on the field and in the classroom through their junior year of high school. The game will be held at Fifth Third Field (Home of the Dayton Dragons) and is used as a way of showing some of the premier baseball players in the Dayton area.
Kevin was part of the Waynesville Baseball program that had their first winning record since 2004 (15-14) and also will be relied upon as one of the senior leaders for this upcoming year. He completed his junior year with a batting average of .419 and was voted 2nd team SWBL by league coaches. Kevin is expected to play third base and pitch during the game. Admission is free and we hope to see a lot of Spartan orange and black supporting Kevin at the game.

Congratulations Kevin.
