WAYNESVILLE ELEMENTARY ‘BACK-2-SCHOOL’ EVENT

The halls and classrooms were crowded as parents and students met their teachers and classmates for the 2010-11 school year. Over 95% of our families attended this event, and everyone had smiles on their faces! The first day of school is Tuesday, August 24. Breakfast is served at 8:20 am, and students eating breakfast may enter the building at that time. Otherwise, bus riders enter at 8:28 am , and car riders/walkers enter at 8:30 am. Dismissal is 3:30 for car riders/walkers and 3:32 pm for bus students. The first day of school for Kindergarten is Friday, August 27. We want to encourage you to read through the Parent Handbook with your child(ren). We are looking forward to an AWESOME school year!
