TWO HOUR DELAY FOR JUNIORS AND SENIORS ONLY, THIS WEEK
BUSES WILL RUN ON NORMAL SCHEDULE
The Waynesville Baseball Team will be holding their annual youth clinic this Saturday (March 13th) from 9:00AM-12:00PM in the Waynesville gyms. The clinic will focus on the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, hitting, baserunning, and bunting. The clinic is open to all boys grades K-6. The cost of the clinic will be $20 for those that pre register and $25 for those that register at the high school gym the day of the clinic. Cody Steiner finished fourth in state wrestling meet. He won his first match Saturday morning and then lost to the same opponent as Friday.

Cody Steiner competing in the Division III State Wrestling Championships in Columbus, won his first round match today by a score of 18-2. Cody will be wrestling in the Quarterfinals Friday at 10:00a.m.

Waynesville Youth Softball Clinic will be held for all girls grades k-6 on Saturday, March 13, from 1-4pm in the high school gym. The cost of the clinic is $25 and each participant will receive a t-shirt and 3 hours of instruction from the high school and middle school coaches and varsity softball players. Each station during the clinic will be run by a coach with the help of the varsity players. Emphasis of the clinic will be put on hitting, bunting, baserunning, throwing, catching, pitching, and defensive positions. All students are receiving information for scheduling this week and will register for classes for the next school year this Thursday 3/4/10. Students and parents will be able to ask questions and obtain signatures required for honors, Advanced Placement, and specialty courses. During Arena scheduling the student and a parent must attend during the designated times:
Seniors 5:00pm-6:00pm
Juniors 6:00-6:45pm
Sophomores 6:45-7:30pm
Freshmen 7:15-8:00pm
