Second Grade Field Day has been CANCELLED for today, Friday, May 21st due to the rain. It has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, May 26th at 1:00 p.m. at the football field.
Under the direction of Mrs. Andrea Stubbs, the First Grade classes presented the musical, "Make It Healthy." They sang about the importance of daily exercise, resting their bodies, eating a nutritious breakfast before they come to school, and choosing healthy snacks. The students performed for a packed house at the dress rehearsal and evening performance.
This year Waynesville staff and service providers (OT, PT, Speech) were able to think of a thousand things to do with a
parachute and preschoolers. . . .
scooters and elementary students ...
Wii Fit and Middle and High school students.
And various sensory equipment to meet the needs of all students here in Waynesville.
The equipment was made possible by the generous donation of a Waynesville parent, a financial commitment by our district and two grants totaling $1843 from the Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
