Under the direction of Mrs. Andrea Stubbs, the 2nd grade classes performed the musical "Arf" starring many dogs. The students performed for the student body on Monday afternoon and to a packed house of parents, grandparents, and friends Monday evening. The students took their show on the road to Quaker Heights and were featured on the FOX 45 segment "It's Where You Live." For more photos go to the elementary photo gallery.

 

Open Enrollment has been board approved for the 2010/2011 school year. Applications must be picked up in person in the Superintendent's Office beginning Monday, May 3, 2010. Applications must be returned by Friday, May 28.

We would like to encourage EACH and EVERY Spartan fan to purchase a sweatshirt! We're again offering the ‘GRAY' sweatshirt(click image for all designs). We need your support - - - Spartan Pride is our goal! All students, coaches, players, parents, teachers and friends.....we would love to see these sweatshirts at school, sports activities and within the community.

Forms are available in high school, middle school and elementary school offices. Payment is due with order form. Order deadline is March 19, 2010. Sweatshirt delivery will be April 2010.

The Waynesville High School Football Team will be selling mulch again this year. This annual sale serves as a fundraiser to help offset the cost of our team camp at Capital University. Each bag of "Black Gold" mulch is $4. Free delivery is included with orders of 5 or more bags, and will be dropped off on Saturday, April 10. Please see any high school football player or email Coach Philpot at bphilpot@wayne-local.com to place your order. Payment is due on or before April 10, and checks
should be made payable to Waynesville Football.

The Waynesville Baseball Team will be holding their annual youth clinic this Saturday (March 13th) from 9:00AM-12:00PM in the Waynesville gyms. The clinic will focus on the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, hitting, baserunning, and bunting. The clinic is open to all boys grades K-6. The cost of the clinic will be $20 for those that pre register and $25 for those that register at the high school gym the day of the clinic. Cody Steiner finished fourth in state wrestling meet. He won his first match Saturday morning and then lost to the same opponent as Friday.
