Waynesville Students Go Outside to Witness and Learn about the Eclipse

In an article published by WHIO TV staff writer, Jeremy Kelley, Waynesville was featured for our Eclipse Community Event. Hundreds of students, staff members and community members met at the Spartan Community Field to witness the eclipse on Monday, August 21st.  Mary L. Cook Public Library's Mark Reinemann narrated the event while educating spectators on the science of the eclipse.  It was a fantastic learning experience for all!  High school senior Jacob Rasey states, "It was a fantastic event that was very interesting and run very well.  I think everyone enjoyed the experience."
