RE: STAFF TRAINING CLASSES:
Username: first initial last name (all lower case/no spaces)
Password: last 4 digits of your social security number
Click on “Staff Training” (Don’t change anything just click on the Click here when correct)
This will take you to the classes you need to complete.

It is not necessary to print the Certificates of Completion.

You will need to print the Bloodborne Pathogens Program Hepatitis B Vaccination Consent or Waiver Form. This form should be given to the Building Secretary or your Supervisor.
