Back to School Bash - Sunday, August 16

The WLS Back-to-School Bash is on Sunday, August 16, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. at Bicentennial Park. All families are invited to attend as students, staff, and families kick off the 2026-27 school year with community fun and #SPARTANPRIDE!
WHS Sports “Meet the Team” Night, a highlight, will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the Amphitheater.
Other event highlights include:
- Free food and drinks provided by local churches and school partners: hot dogs, chips, popcorn, drinks, and popsicles
- Inflatables, face painting, snow cones, and cornhole games
- Live music at the amphitheater
- Free haircuts for kids from local barbers and stylists
