Ribbon Cutting and Open House Event

The Ribbon Cutting Event was a special one as Superintendent Mr. Dubbs presented the community with their new Waynesville Elementary School.  

The multi-purpose space hosting the gym/cafeteria/theater portion of the new building was the location for this special moment.  Community members showed up in true Waynesville fashion in support to witness the cutting of the ribbon.  Guests were welcomed to explore the building for all of the creative use of space and special touches that were built into the construction.  Our students were also greeted by their enthusiastic teachers and staff and able to see their classrooms for the first time.  

Wayne Local Schools wishes to thank all of those who took part in this process in either their show of support or their special efforts to make this goal a reality!
