Time Capsule Ceremony
A Time Capsule Ceremony was held at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) on Tuesday, May 16th. Two 6th grade students presented their winning Performing Arts Center Essays at the ceremony - Madelyn Hamilton and Tony Garafolo. They wrote essays about the benefits of the new building, having their own space, and the possibilities of the Arts Center. The essays were displayed at the PAC Opening. The speeches wrote by Madelyn and Tony were outstanding!
The following individuals also spoke briefly at the ceremony: Elementary Principal Anna Garafolo, Pastor Brian Blankenship, Waynesville Alumni President Greg Smallwood, and Superintendent Sam Ison.
