2019 Prom - RED CARPET EVENT

Waynesville HS Prom is right around the corner and we have a special announcement!  RED CARPET EVENT:  APRIL 27th ...THE COMMUNITY IS INVITED for our first ever Red Carpet Event.  Please join us in the Middle School Gym to watch the students as they parade through the gym on their way to an Enchanted Forest.  Groups/couples will be announced as they walk through the red carpet all community is welcomed to see.  The Red Carpet Event will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.  If you wish to see the HS gym all decorated you must do this prior to the Red Carpet Event at 6:00 pm.  Students will be announced in the MS gym and then move to the HS gym for entrance into dinner and dance.  Community members must park in the middle school parking lot and students attending the dance will park in the high school parking lot.  Prom details:   Tickets are $50 this year for all in attendance and this includes the meal as well as all party favors!  Tickets will be on sale in the high school office on April 16th through April 23rd.  Presale is appreciated for an appropriate meal head count.  I’m very proud of the ideas and effort the Junior Class has provided in planning this year’s event!   Kelley Purkey Waynesville Elementary Library Junior Class Advisor JV Volleyball Coach
