Band Members Take Part in the 2nd and 7 Program

The Tackling Illiteracy program includes reading to 2nd graders in classrooms all over the country and providing each of those children with a visit from a positive role model and a new book to take home. This group of high school student band members and positive role models read to elementary students last week...  Miles Emerson, Jimmy Tober, Reagan Blanton, Cian McGuire, Jade Buckland, Roslynn Papetti, Morgan Achard, Abigail Highley, Melynn Duff, Megan Handle, and Emmy Siders.  

We are proud to say that at Wayne Local Schools, The 2nd & 7 Foundation has become a part of our community outreach.
