Canned Food Drive

The Canned Food Drive has been yet another success and we thank the students, staff, and community for their efforts to continue the drive.  The school is mounding with boxes of product for our community in need....and this is just one building!...and this photo doesn't even do it justice!!

Wayne Local Schools is currently holding a Canned Food Drive in each of the buildings.  This effort is in coordination with the Waynesville Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 615 and the Waynesville Food Pantry. 

  Each of the three buildings has their own building contest, so donations can be sent with your student, OR you if you don't have students in the buildings you may drop off your food donations to any of the three offices.  

All donations benefit the Waynesville Food Pantry and those in need this holiday season, totaling more than 100 local families.  

Drop Off Deadline:  December 18th
