Congratulations Ryan Teeters

Members of the Warren County Safe Communities Coalition came together to choose a winner for the billboard contest, seeking artwork and a positive message to send to youth and adults to prevent vehicle crashes and deaths. We are excited to announce that senior Ryan Teeters  has been selected as the second place winner of the contest and will be awarded a $250 scholarship for his design, "Slow it Down."  Ryan worked on this project in Ms. Gebhardt's independent graphic design class.  Congratulations Ryan!
