Elementary - Halloween Costumes

Elementary students can dress in costume for Halloween on Thursday, Oct. 31.  In an effort to clarify some questions regarding face paint.... no FULL face paint, but that a little bit of make-up (like eye make-up, or kitty cat whiskers) will be acceptable.
