High School Student Council and Waynesville Cheerleading team up in a Tips for Flips Event to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society this Friday night at the boys Varsity basketball game.  The cheerleading program will entertain the audience during halftime with their fantastic tumbling abilities.

What is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS)?  Their mission statement:  Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

The High School Cheerleading Team will be competing on a national level in Florida in the Game Day Division and Mounting Divisions in February.  Good Luck to them next month!!

This is rare opportunity to see our cheerleaders in action since most of their performances are at area competitions.  We look forward to coming out to support this cause!
