IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING CAMPUS EVENTS THIS WEEKEND:

Due to campus construction and a large number of events on campus this Friday and Saturday, please plan accordingly regarding parking and traffic.  Parking may be limited during this time, and we ask for and give thanks in advance for everyone’s patience, cooperation, and understanding. The following actions are being put in place to help with the flow of traffic and parking while also taking into consideration the proximity of events on campus.  

ON FRIDAY:

• The Middle School parking lot will be closed after school on Friday and reopened at approximately 6:00 p.m. for those attending the High School Musical.  Students, participating in the musical, will receive parking passes to give to family to enter between 6:00 to 6:30 p.m.  After 6:30, the middle school parking lot will open exclusively to people attending the Grease Musical. 
• The Varsity Girls Softball game will now be played AT MADISON HIGH SCHOOL on Friday at 5:00 p.m.  The game scheduled for Monday, April 15 will now be played at Waynesville at 5:00 p.m.
• Anyone planning to attend the JV/Varsity Baseball Double Header vs. Madison on Friday is encouraged to park on Ellis Drive and use the connecting sidewalk to reach the baseball field.
• Track invitational is on Friday and fans may park in the high school parking lot, Bicentennial Park parking lot, or elementary school.   

ON SATURDAY:  

• Junior High Track Meet at 10:00 a.m.  The Bicentennial Park parking lot will be used for track team buses ONLY.  Please make plans to park in the adjacent parking lots.
• Grease Musical at 7:00 p.m.  There will be plenty of parking on this evening as there are no other events at that time.
