Preparing the Base

On the construction site, we have recently seen much soil movement as the bulldozers prepare the base where the new school will be built.  The equipment seems to be in constant motion preparing for something bigger!  What you can't see with these photographs, is that there were large cut-outs on the north end of the property site, while there was a build-up on the south side of the construction site.  This process is called grading as they prepare the base with a level starting point.  The ground will be pact to meet stability standards.
