RAIN DATE for the Back to School Bash!

Good morning!  

I know this first day is exciting and busy for all of you! Thank you for all of the preparation you have done this summer for the students and their families. It does not go unnoticed!   

Due to potentially inclement weather we have decided to postpone tonight’s B2SB to Sunday, August 20th from 4pm - 7pm.   

A graphic has been attached that we are asking everyone to post and send out as much as possible. Would you all mind sending this out to families today? Also, is it possible to change the B2SB ad on the marquee to the rain date?   

For Sunday:

• Set up will begin at noon
• Bicentennial Park’s parking lot will need to be closed by 1pm for the inflatables delivery, and soon after for touch-a-truck participants and food trucks
• We will still need the same amount of electric pulled and trash receptacles
• Both bathrooms will still need to be opened  

Please let us know if you guys are all able to assist us with these things in the same way we had planned for this evening. I know that schedules may be more conflicted on Sunday.   

Thanks for everything you have done for this event and are continuing to do! We couldn’t do this without you and your teams and we are so appreciative! Working alongside you to plan this event has been a real joy!
