School Lunch Hero Day

Next Friday, May 1st, is “School Lunch Hero Day” to recognize the hardworking professionals in our school cafeterias. 

Currently the halls of our schools are eerily quiet as students and staff members stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19, yet our cafeteria employees and additional staff members are reporting to work to prepare and package Food 2 Go meals.  

This unprecedented time has shown just how dedicated and how much they truly care for the students they serve. It has become clearer than ever that they are superheroes and we truly appreciate all that they do and give every day. 

Join us in thanking our school lunch heroes for all that they do.
