Senior Hunter Fillmore Named to the Top Running Back List

As reported by the Dayton Daily News June 26, 2019: The Dayton Daily News Sports column featured the Top 7 most productive area underclass running backs from the 2018 high school football season. The football preseason begins Thursday, Aug. 1 and Waynesville's football team kicks off Week #1 against Bexle High School at Carlton Smith Field in Columbus.   Senior Hunter Fillmore was named as one of the Top 7 area high school running backs to keep an eye on for having produced a career game high of 234 yards in a 45-38 Week 6 loss at Milton-Union last season.  Fillmore has an overall career record of 818 yards in 163 carries and seven TDs for the Waynesville Spartans.
