Sports Physicals Dayton Sports Medicine Institute, Kettering Health Network, and Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio are collaborating to provide a full, comprehensive sports physical for Waynesville athletes entering grades 7-12 for the 2019-2020 school year.

If completing physicals on May 14th per OHSAA your physical will be valid for the entire 2019-2020 school year.

When:  Tuesday May 14, 2019

Time: 3 pm – 4:30 pm for CURRENT grades 9-11 4:30 pm – 6 pm CURRENT grades 6-8

Where: Waynesville Middle School

Cost:  $15 paid at time of physical. (Cash or Check only, Check payable to WHS)
