Bid Instructions for the Waynesville High School Turf and Track Replacement 

Bids are due by January 2, 2026, at noon.

The Board of Education of the Wayne Local School District, Warren County, Ohio, is seeking
sealed bids for its Stadium Field Turf and Track Replacement Project. The Board’s estimated cost
of the work is $1,000,000.00. Interested bidders can receive additional information regarding
specifications and instructions for submitting a sealed bid by contacting Ryan Fullenkamp,
Director of Operations, rfullenkamp@waynelocal.net. Bids shall be opened publicly on the due
date, January 2, 2026, at noon, local time, at the Board office located at 625 Dayton Road,
Waynesville, Ohio 45068.
