DEADLINE: Emergency Information and Final Forms
With the new school year, it is time to update your emergency contact information. Please log onto your Final Forms account and update this as soon as possible to complete emergency information. To get to the Final Forms login page, go to our website click here. If you have forgotten your login or password, you will be directed on that page on how to access your account. All the forms that you need to complete will show up as RED or YELLOW. Once they have been completed, they will turn to GREEN. Please fill in the email that you would like all communications to go to under parent one.
Middle School and High School ONLY: Next, it's your child's turn. Please instruct your child to log into their Final Form account (their login is the same as for ProgressBook). They will need to complete a few of the forms as a student. In these uncertain times, it is more important than ever that we receive accurate and updated contact information for you and your child.
